Recrystallization/precipitation behaviour in microalloyed steels

Microalloyed high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steels contain additions of Nb, V, Ti, or in combination, in amounts of 0.01 to 0.1 weight percent to improve mechanical properties, which are strongly dependent on the thermomechanical interaction taking place in the course of rolling mill processes. The recrystallizatian of hat-twisted austenite has been investigated in a cylindrical specimen (f 6×50 mm) machined from hat rolled plates of 0,052 wt % Niobium microalloyed steel. Continuous and interrupted torsion test were carried out in the temperature range 1123 K to 1173 K after a solution treatment of 1.5 minutes at 1423 K and torque-twist data were analysed. The various methods were discussed for obtaining results from torsion tests. The effect of precipitation kinetics was appreciated by way of connection t_p/t_p(red), where t_p is the experimental measured time for the peak stress and t_p(red) is the newly defined reduced time. The softening ratio X and time t_0.05R for start of static recrystallization were established.

The correlation between precipitation and recrystallization is presented as a graphs for chosen requirements (temperature of austenitization, carbon and niobium content and strain rate). If temperature goes below 850°C, the restoration processes are hardly suppressed, both are limited by diffusion and Nb(CN) precipitation, which are extended dynamically in the range of strains rates 10⁻² to 1 s⁻¹.

In the present paper, an attempt is made to derive the PRTT diagram and to define all mathematical equations for describing recrystallization times t_0.05R, t_0.5R, t_0.95R and t_0.05P for the start of precipitation. In real metal forming processes such as the hot rolling of plates or strips the knowledge of these parameters and results is extremely important for the the correct microstructure and sheet quality to be obtained.     

A semi-analytic boundary element method for parabolic problems

A new semi-analytic solution method is proposed for solving linear parabolic problems using the boundary element method. This method constructs a solution as an eigenfunction expansion using separation of variables. The eigenfunctions are determined using the dual reciprocity boundary element method. This separation of variables-dual reciprocity method (SOV-DRM) allows a solution to be determined without requiring either time-stepping or domain discretisation. The accuracy and computational efficiency of the SOV-DRM is found to improve as time increases. These properties make the SOV-DRM an attractive technique for solving parabolic problems.     

闸门自动启闭控制系统在冯家山水库的建设与运用

经过两年多的努力,冯家山水库闸门自动启闭控制系统于2006年3月建成.初步投入运用后,该系统在精确度、安全性、可靠性等方面均取得了较好的效果,值得类似水库自动化建设时参考.     

人工神经网络技术在板料激光弯曲中的应用

基于人工神经网络基本理论,建立在板料激光弯曲中预测材料表面最高温度、弯曲角度的BP网络模型。借助于MATLAB仿真软件中的神经网络工具箱作为开发平台,将试验样本数据和经过试验验证的数值计算结果作为补充的样本数据用于BP网络的训练,利用训练好的BP网络对非线性的样本数据规律进行拟合,实现激光加工工艺参数的优化,为实际生产和加工提供有效的依据。     

小浪底水电站闸门监控系统中PLC与上位机通信的实现

就小浪底水电厂闸门监控系统中PLC与上位机通信的实现问题,设计了一种在梯形图环境下实现PC机与GE-90系列PLC通信的方法,具体分析了小浪底闸门计算机监控系统的远程自动化通信特点,并经反复检验、调试和运行,监控系统均未出现因通信错误而导致的误动或死机。     

Measurement of the Metal Surface Acidity/Electronegativity of Pt(110)

In previous work, it has been found that a hydrogen-covered Pt(110) surface is acidic, but quantification of the acidity has not yet been done. In this paper a spectroscopic method is developed to measure the acidity of a metal surface for the first time. The technique involves measuring the intensity of the N–H stretch from the C₅H₄XNH⁺ that forms when hydrogen coadsorbs with pyridine, 2-fluoropyridine and 3-fluoropyridine. The Bethe approximation is then used to estimate the metal surface acidity/electronegativity (MSAEL). The proton affinity/MSAEL of Pt(110) has been determined to be 907 ± 4 kJ/mol at high coverage. This is the first time the MSAEL has been measured on a metal surface. Implications for fuel cell catalysis are discussed.     

水力自动翻板闸门的瞬心轨迹及其对稳定性的影响

分析了连杆滚轮式水力自动翻板闸门的运动轨迹，并由此得出闸门动、静坐标系间的转换关系．结合翻板闸门的运转机理，探讨了闸门在运行过程中的瞬心轨迹线及其对闸门稳定性的影响．结果表明，通过优化闸门结构可调整“瞬心”的位置，保证闸门运转的稳定性．     

采用基本门单元完全测试矢量的测试生成算法

文章介绍了一种采用基本逻辑门单元的安全测试矢量集生成测试矢量的方法，该方法可以将搜索空间限制在2(n 1）种组合内。它采用故障支配和故障等效的故障传播、回退等技术，建立了一套从局部到全局的测试生成新方法。同时，利用基本门单元安全测试矢量的规律性，可以实现最小的内存容量要求。在一些基准电路的应用实例中，得到了满意的结果。     

New quadratic models for the maximum weighted cut problem

New quadratic models are proposed to improve the upper-bound estimates in the maximum weighted cut problem. They are found by two original methods for deriving redundant quadratic constraints. A well-known linear model is shown to follow from the models proposed. Recommendations on how to develop its strengthened analogs are given.
